Kristen M. Bubis brings nearly two decades of experience in Florida’s legal system, with a diverse background spanning criminal defense, prosecution, investigative work, civil matters, federal matters, corporate law, real estate law, community association law, family law, and service within the Florida judiciary, including as a Judicial Assistant. Her broad experience gives her a well-rounded understanding of the legal system and the level of preparation, organization, and communication required to effectively support both attorneys and clients.
At Safir Injury & Criminal Defense Law PLLC, Kristen works closely with attorneys and clients throughout every stage of the legal process, from intake through resolution. She oversees key aspects of case progression, including document preparation, filing pleadings and other documents with the court, discovery coordination, scheduling, case management, and client communication, helping ensure matters are handled with organization, efficiency, and a high level of professionalism.
Kristen also plays an important role in the firm’s day-to-day operations, helping maintain the systems and workflows that keep the practice running smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.
