Where We Practice
The firm is based in St. Petersburg and works across six counties in three judicial circuits: Pinellas and Pasco in the Sixth Circuit, Hillsborough in the Thirteenth, and Manatee, Sarasota, and DeSoto in the Twelfth. On the defense side, a DUI or criminal case is heard in the county where the arrest happened, so the courthouse, the prosecutors, and the local practice change from one county to the next. On the injury side, we handle car accident, slip and fall, and wrongful death cases throughout the Gulf Coast, and we take select cases statewide, often with trusted co-counsel.

I am Rory Safir, and I represent injured people and defend DUI and criminal cases across the Tampa Bay region and the Gulf Coast. Whether your case is a car accident, a slip and fall, or a criminal charge, the work starts the same way, with the evidence and the science behind it. Learn more about my background.

How We Help
Whatever the county, the defense starts with the evidence: the stop, the testing, and the lab work behind it.

This page is general information about Florida law and our service area, not legal advice, and it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Court structure and procedure vary by county and can change, so confirm details with counsel about your own case. Every case turns on its own facts, and past results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
