Some recognition comes from panels and peer committees, and I am grateful for those. This one is different, and honestly, it means more. Safir Injury & Criminal Defense Law has been named a 2025 Silver Winner in the Defense Law Firm category by Tampa’s Best, and the voters were not lawyers or judges. They were you: Tampa Bay residents who nominated local businesses and voted for their favorites.
When I started this firm, the idea was simple: represent real people at the hardest moments of their lives, explain everything in plain English, and be brutally honest even when the truth is uncomfortable. Awards voted on by the community are the closest thing there is to a report card on that promise, because the people voting are the neighbors, the clients, and the families who have actually sat in the office and been through a case with us.
So this one belongs to you. To every client who trusted us with a case, every family member who made the first scared phone call, and everyone who took a minute to vote: thank you. Kristen and I do not take it lightly, and the standard it reflects is the one we hold ourselves to on every file.
